He is the Chairman of the company and the former Deputy Governor of Osun State. He has championed the cause of public sector reform in Nigeria for many years, and has in recent years secured public-private participation contracts with both the national power utility (PHCN) as well as the National Ports Authority (NPA).
Princess Vicky Haastrup
She is the Executive Vice Chairman of ENL Consortium .
She is also the Managing Executive of the Ports Terminal operations and actively manages the concession.
Under her leadership the concession has grown from strength to strength and efficiencies have improved monthly since take-off.
She has 23 working years of experience in Oil and Gas sector.
Captain Derrick Cooke- Group General Manager
He is the former Port Captain of Durban Harbour and East London, prior to that he was Deputy Port Captain of Walvis Bay. He is a Master Mariner and has over 40 years experience with shipping and harbour management and heads up our Ports division.
Mr. Mark Walsh– General Manager Ports
He is a BS graduate in Accounting. He is one of a few Expatriates with over 25 years in port operation and shipping experience in Nigeria.
He was Group General Manager of Aeromaritime Group of Companies which include Brawal Shipping and Bacoliner. With his wealth of Nigerian business experience he was a great addition to our ports operation.
Mr. Francis Oyebisi Jokotoye– Asst. General Manager Operations
A seasoned Maritime Practitioner, specializing in Port Operations, Shipping and Documentation with 35 years in practice.
A graduate of Geography with bias in Transportation and Business Management, from the University of Liberia, Monrovia, Liberia. He is alsoa member of the Chartered Institute of Transport.
He had worked at Elder Dempster Agencies (EDA) now Hull Blyth Group as Operation Manager. He was a one time shipping Manager and Head of Department at the defunct Nigerian National Supply Company Ltd and a long serving Traffic Manager and Head of Department at the Nigerian Ports Authority where he retired in the year 2005.
Mr. Marcus Modupe Thomas– Senior Manager Workshop
The Workshop Department which is one of the key sectors of Port Operations is headed by Mr. Thomas. The department is in custody of all the plants and equipments used in cargo handling.
A trained Economist with major in Agric and Industrial Economics, Mr. Marcus had held firmly the Workshop department to the success story of ENL since inception. He is also in charge of the Audit and Estate department of the company.
Mr. Johnson Olalere Filani– Operations Manager
With a cumulative operational management experience spanning over 3 decades, in shipping, clearing, forwarding, and Transport Logistics in the Maritime environment, Mr. Filani is a colossus in water transportation and its attendant relationship Cargo Handling, Stevedoring, Port operations, and Ship brokerage.
An astute transport logistics officer, Mr. Filani has done well in ENL, since inception. He is presently the Operations Manager.
Mr. Olu Ajayi– Stevedoring Manager
He is the head of the Stevedoring Department , an astute and experienced personality in Cargo handling, shipping as well as forwarding and clearing business.
Mr. Ajayi has to his credit a robust experience Port operations. A graduate of Central College of Commerce Glassgow, Scotland, Mr. Ajayi has been steering the Ship of Stevedoring department effectively since the inception of ENL in Port operation.
Barr. Boye Uzamot– Legal Manager
Attended the University of Ilorin, Ilorin Nigeria (B.A Hons), University of Ife, Ile-Ife Nigeria, (M.A Hons), International Institute of Journalism Osogbo Campus (PGD Journalism), Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (LLb. Hons) and Nigeria Law School, Lagos (BL).
He was in the Public Service as a Teacher and rose to become a Vice Principal between 1975 and year 2000 when he retired. He writes for Newspapers and Journals. He is now a Legal Practitioner and the Head of Administration and Legal department.
Mrs Elizabeth Babarinde– Commercial Manager
She holds M.sc Transport, Fellow Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT)
She has worked in the Maritime Industry for 20 years. She retired from the service of Nigerian
Ports Authority as a Commercial Manager.
Mr. O.Gidigbi– Admin Manager
He is our Commercial Manager. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration. He has many years experience working with International Firms of Accounts and Management Consultants such as Ernst & Young, former Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Water House Coopers).
He has been actively involved in the Management of Commercial department since inception of ENL at the Apapa Port.
Mr.Felix Ajiboye– Audit Manager
He retired from Nigerian Port Authority in 2006 having attained a position of Senior Commercial Officer after 25 years of meritorious service.
He holds a Diploma in Public Administration (DPA)
From University of Calabar, a professional certificate of MCILT (London) and post graduate diploma in Maritime Transport from Ogun State University. He joined the company as a senior Officer (Audit) before his new upgrading as Head of Internal Audit
Mrs. Adetoro Suleiman– Finance Manager
Our Financial and Management Accounting specialist is Mrs. Adetoro Suleiman. She has over 8 years experience in the accounting profession. She has extensive experience in public and private sector audits, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, tax planning and compiling of Annual Financial Statements. She is a graduate of Metropolitan University St Paul MN. U.S.A.
Mr S.K Ayegbusi– Human Resources Manager
He has a Bachelor and Master Degree in Psychology

He is a trained personnel of Israel Operational Security Academy (IOS) with specialty on Security Safety and Environment in the Maritime industries. He is now Ag. Security Safety and Environment Manager for EBL Consortium Ltd.
Mr. T.K Adeosun– IT Manager
Experience: More than 7years
Qualification: B.sc in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan.
Professional Membership/Qualification: Nigeria Computer Society, British Computer Society, Microsoft Certified Professional.
Career Path: Started as a Computer Systems Engineer, became a Software Developer before heading into management.
