The consortiums chairman, Prince C. A. Haastrup had a vision and purpose to expand the activities of ENL to actively embrace the privatization initiatives of the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. To this end he engaged the management team of ENL to pursue the proposed privatization of the Ports Sector, having already successfully been awarded contracts in the Electricity sector.
ENL Consortium, a Nigerian port operator, won the Port and Container Terminal Development Award at the Seatrade International Award in Dubai. This award recognized their development efforts at Terminals C and D of the Lagos Port Complex Apapa.
ENL currently runs the terminals C and D of the Apapa Port Complex in Lagos. We are the largest indigenous sea port in the country and we offer professional services with integrity and best practice.
ENL Haulage boasts of new fleets of trucks. These trucks include the Flat bed with side drop downs and low loaders. They have been made available to assist with transportation of Cargoes to and from the Terminal.
Our Cargo handling operations is at international standard and promotes global consistency and safety. We employ best practice processes and procedure.
