THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In pursuance of good corporate governance, and to enable the Company to benefit from his wider experience, Engineer Joseph Makoju has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of ENL Consortium Limited, while Prince Clement Haastrup, the Founder has stepped down as Chairman of the Board to take a position as a Non- Executive Director.
Princess Vicky Haastrup, a co-founder, retains her position as the Executive Vice Chairman and CEO Port Operations, while Ms. Bolanle Onagoruwa, former Director General of the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) retains her position as the Group Managing Director.
Other Non-Executive Directors are Professor Larry Awosika, a Marine Geophysicist and past Chairman of the United Nations Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf; Mr. Abdullateef Audu a Chartered Accountant; and Ms. Tundun Abiola, a seasoned lawyer, media practitioner, and business perso.
Also on the Board as Executive Directors are Mr. Jan Pauw, a South African, with seasoned international business development prowess, who has been with ENL’s Management for over 16 years; and Mr. Mark Walsh, an expatriate in port operations with over 30 years international port management experience, who brings to the Board a solid and excellent wealth of insights to help navigate the company’s port operations.
The newly constituted Board is indicative of a positive and optimistic growth trajectory for ENL Consortium Limited. Viz:
